products are described in detail on our website and we do our best to
educate our customers before they make a purchase. We will check to ensure
that we send you the products you ordered and that you receive them
promptly, undamaged and without defects. However, we know that things don’t
always go as planned, and want you to know that, in the unlikely event that
something does go wrong with your order, we will take immediate steps to
make it right. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from date of
shipment. For a full refund, subject to our Return Policy restrictions
listed below.
1. Chicool
will accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date. Please include a
copy of your invoice in the package and indicate the reason you are
returning the item (s) (i.e.: incorrect item) Our return address:

2. You must
return it in its original, undamaged packaging in unused, re-saleable
condition, free of creases, scratches, writing, stickers, or punctures.
Credits will not be issued for items that have been used or not in original
packaging. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns via UPS or
insured parcel post. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Chicool reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce
the credit if the product is returned damaged or incomplete.
3. A refund
will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your returned order.
When processing your refund, shipping costs will be subtracted from the
items shipped. Return postage fees are only refunded if the return is due
to an error on our part.
4. Refunds
are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the
original order. If the order was paid by check, a refund check will be
issued and
mailed out to your address within 7 days.
