The Episcopal School of Dallas, a co-educational college preparatory school located in Dallas, Texas, has an opening for a Mandarin Chinese teacher for the 2008-2009 academic year. Candidates must be fluent in both Chinese and English and must demonstrate expertise in curriculum development and delivery of instruction to students in grades 8-12.  Since the Episcopal School’s Chinese program is in its incipient stages, the Chinese instructor will have the opportunity to build a program from Chinese I through the Advanced Placement level.  Daily collaboration with teaching colleagues and ongoing professional development will be required.
